Todd Fralic

I've been in the financial services industry, specializing in mortgage lending for over 23 years. 

I've worked for one of Canada's major banks sourcing mortgage business, as well as a small independent brokerage. I've been involved in lending in such areas as private residential, and small alternative commercial. 

I also managed the Prairie region for a national mortgage brokerage where he oversaw a team of over 130 mortgage brokers in three provinces. 

I am also a Past-President of the Alberta Mortgage Broker's Association (AMBA), and sat on their board of directors for over five years. I spent an equivalent time as an advisor to the Real Estate Council on their mortgage broker advisory committee.

My role as co-owner includes operations, coaching, as well as private and commercial lending.
