Like so many long-term residents in Canmore and Banff, I first came out for a single season – and just like that I was hooked. Though I spent years returning to University and then travelling and working abroad, I’ve called the Bow Valley my home base since that first summer.

The Canadian Rockies are one of the most beautiful backdrops. If I’m not at my desk you can find me outside, hiking, mountain biking, or skiing with my family when the snow falls. I feel fortunate to live in a place that is both awe-inspiring and that offers endless opportunities for adventure.

Living here is a choice and it does come with its struggles, which are the reality of making a world-class destination your home. We have higher-than-average home prices in Canmore and the Bow Valley. It can be tough getting into the real estate market as a first-time buyer, as well as navigating a move from your first home, to buying your next home.

In 2016, I decided to pursue my mortgage license to become a Mortgage Agent in Alberta. I wanted to understand the process in depth, so I could help others settle into homeownership in the valley and throughout Alberta. My focus is on mountain mortgage solutions that take into account the lifestyle choices of my clients, including their long-term and investment goals.

Though ‘Mountain Mortgage’ is the tagline of my small business, as a mortgage associate I am licensed with a top-level brokerage Quantus Mortgage Solutions, and regulated within Alberta by RECA – the Real Estate Council of Alberta.

My core goals are to offer a smooth straightforward mortgage experience, where questions are answered quickly. I’m here to help you navigate the mortgage financing aspect of setting up your mountain mortgage, so you can live your best life & own where you play!
